Processing your order

We’re a small business making 3D-printed tool mounts and organisers. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of payment being received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Larger orders or busy periods may take longer. If your order is delayed, we’ll contact you with an update.

Delivery areas and charges

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 4-5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Courier delays, bank holidays and severe weather can affect arrival times.

Tracking

If your order is sent using a tracked service, we’ll provide your tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at noreply@vanmount.shop.

We’ll try to update the address before dispatch. If the parcel has already been sent, we may be unable to change it. Additional postage may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If your parcel or items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue. Please keep the packaging while we investigate.
